EM Property Maintenance and Dale gave quick and responsive service throughout the projects. Timing was critical because downtime was involved for kitchen and dining areas. Work was done carefully. The challenge came in matching old paint. This could not be done precisely because of age. It was accomplished to a high degree of painting skill and care. We found Justin a reliable, timely and careful painter. Overall very happy with all aspects of this process.

Happy with how quick they started and completed the job but it was very hard to get an estimate of total cost and after I finally did the bill was double. Also the work done was okay at best, baseboards that are not touching the floor, floors that move when you walk on them, new walls that were constructed crooked, optical illusions were built to hide imperfections, and overall just low quality craftsmanship.

EM Property was fantastic and just what I needed. The exhaust fan in my bathroom started leaking during a rainstorm and I wasn't even sure who to contact about it. They came out the very next day and inspected it for free and told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They provided me with a fair estimate for the project and even offered to clean my gutters while they were up on the roof (which I greatly appreciated as it was long over due!). They were fast and efficient and got everything completed before the next rain storm. Both Dale and Justin were professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. Justin even gave me the low down on the current condition of my roof and offered some additional advice on upkeep which I appreciate since I have no plans to climb up there myself any time soon. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future projects around the house.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
