"I was in the middle of a very bad experience with another contractor, having had no usable master bathroom for three months after demolition. Best Surface Source came in very quickly, studied the situation, discussed the plan, and I had a quote that same night. Linda, the owner, was on the site every day checking the work, and she offered some really fabulous design ideas that hadn't occurred to me. Her employees were true craftsmen -- the tile is beautiful, the custom built cabinets are eye-popping, and as far as I can tell there isn't even a tiny misstep on any of it. I don't believe I even discussed a punch list with her when the job was completed, it was that good. I already have plans to hire Best Surface Source for my second bathroom and installation of a new floor in my bedroom and den. I cannot say enough about how totally pleased I was with every aspect of our project together.
