Dream Builders & Renovations did an exceptional job in regard to the addition they did to our home. We weren't sure what was the best option for us. We desired more space and contemplated moving. But in weighing all our options, we contacted Dream Builders for a consultation and determined that adding extra space to our home was the best option for us. Making that decision has increased the functionality of our home as well as increased the value. We were so impressed with Shane and his team, that we used Dream Builders & Renovations for a smaller outdoor project after the initial renovation that increased the comfort of our back patio. I can't say enough about Shane personally. He and his team did amazing work and have seemingly extended our time in our home. We are playing the long game in regard to our home and Dream Builders & Renovations has allowed our family the opportunity to do just that. We are grateful for Shane and his team.

Dream Builders did a great job installing our laminate wood flooring in our bedroom. They worked fast and efficient and left the area clean once done. Shane was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely use their services again for jobs around the home.

Great work

The owner has tremendous vision of space and design, quickly assimilated my needs, suggestions, and ideas into a plan. We experienced some intermittent delays, but found all materials, selections, and colors available. When i made a change in colors on a couple different materials, Shane did not complain, but assigned his crew to follow up, to our satisfaction. The overall job extended past the initial proposed completion. I am convinced no one else could have done the work as well as he and his crew. He coached and guided through material selection, while allowing us to have great wide range of choices in texture, color, and design. I am indeed so pleased with the remodeled space that I invite people to come in to see it even if they've seen it before. We waited a long time to renovate, with outstanding results. Thank you Shane, Alex, Danny, Luis, and each of those behind the scenes that made it happen.

Shane and his crews did a phenomenal job. He was always concerned about all of the details, so everything was amazing. All crews cleaned up after themselves daily. It was a great experience! I'm already planning on using them again next year!!
