"Edgar was sent to me from above, he is a blessing. Ive have a few contractor hell stories. Edgar does NOT fall into that category. He is professional, kind, courteous, and transparent. He completed my bedroom/closet floors that were damaged from a water leak. The floor is the only item that was covered under my insurance since it is the only thing I improved because I live in a townhome/condo community. Great workmanship and cleaned up!! He is working with me in phases and is very understanding. I would recommend him and I plan on using him again to tackle the rest of my repairs from leak. In addition i will use him with some of my other home to-do-list items!!! Reasonable/fair pricing!!!!"

"Hired him Install or Replace Door Trim Comment: Diego relocated the attic access in our home from an 18" square hole inside a closet to a code-compliant ceiling ladder unit. He worked very hard to move it to a location I wanted, but after determining my location was not possible he took great care to make sure that it was installed cleanly and attractively in the bedroom. He did the work as quoted, in the timeline he expected, and ran a very clean and efficient worksite. Very happy with the results. Plastic sheeting was used to separate the master bedroom from construction dust and paper was taped on the floor from the master bath to the front door and then covered with nonslip tarps. Harold cleaned the tarps everyday and made sure our home was spotless when they left for the day Fabian included us in all phases of the new construction making sure we were happy. Fabian and Harold were very punctual and worked everyday until the project was complete. We cannot expresses our gratitude enough after seeing our new master bath. The tiling job was exquisite.
