Kogie and his team was a pleasure to work with! Kogie was very responsive and professional throughout the entire project. We had our very large wood deck transformed into Trex and the team did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!

On short notice, we hired KZM Contracting to plaster and paint the walls, ceilings, closets, and radiators of our entire 1,200 square foot apartment before we moved in. We were grateful and amazed that within 3-1/2 days, the job was completed and beautifully done! We cannot thank Kogie, Oscar and Gilbert enough for their diligence, professionalism and skills to get this done for us BEFORE the movers arrived with our belongings! We had our wood deck redone with Trex. KZM was great to work with. They were very professional from start to finish. When I first met with the owner to discuss the project, he listened to my ideas and gave great suggestions. He helped with the ordering of materials (vs other contractors that I had met with who told me to shop, buy and have the materials delivered before the start date). I considered this to be the perfect amount of “handholding”. And the deck looks amazing, far exceeding what I had anticipated. Highly recommend KZM Contracting.

I’m not sure why it only gave me the option of bathroom remodel. He actually did my basement kitchen all new. It’s been a few weeks and I have had time to use the kitchen and really see how it’s turned out. Kogie was responsive from the start, direct and honest. He is to the point. My project wasn’t as easy as expected because a previous contractor had done work incorrectly. He handled everything with ease and kept us calm through the process. Nothing seemed a big deal and everything was fixable. I recognize that not many contractors want to step in and fix someone else’s mess. he reasonably priced and there were no surprises through the process. The kitchen came out beautifully and everything works great. At the end he made sure I was pleased with every last detail. The work was done quickly and he gave me time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with each step. If you want someone who is fair with cost, honest and will get the work done right then i recommend KZM.

I couldn’t be happier with the project that they just completed for us. Kogie was very good with communication and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect and actually listened to what we wanted! I have been finding that it is so hard to find a contractor that actually listens to what you want and follows through with it / actually responds to you within a reasonable time. He did all of the above and kept an open line of communication the whole way through. Beautiful work by his team who worked so hard to get everything done in a timely manner! They covered and moved all furniture, kept everything clean, took out all trash.. this was all very important to me as I have baby #2 arriving in a few weeks and a toddler at home. I am just so appreciative of him and his team!
