He came through when another vendor backed out and was able to accommodate us in our tight timeline with very little notice to him. "We hired Altitude Builders to replace an existing deck that was old and rotting. After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. My deck is solid, sturdy and beautiful! His workmanship and professionalism were wonderful. We will be using Altitude builders again for additional work in the near future. Highly Recommended!"

"We hired Maize Restoration for their comprehensive project evaluation (CPE) This is in advance of the actual renovation project and this review is specific to their CPE. We liked the idea of first engaging Maize restoration to scope the project throughly before committing to using them for the actual renovation. The process involved a few on site meetings (at our house) and several hours of detailed information gathering by Chase, Maize's president. We were pleased with the result of a couple of lifelike 'photos' of the completed bathroom and a roadmap of how we'd proceed. Chase "got it." Based on this, we have engaged Maize for the remodeling and we look forward to working with them on that project. Chase had come highly recommended by a couple of colleagues. We have interviewed a number of contractors for the project and we found that Maize's CPE gave us the confidence that they understood what we needed and would be good to work with. Chase was punctual, knowledgeable, and dare I say fun to work with."
