We’re extremely happy with the hardwood floor repair work. The contractor was professional, punctual, and clearly very skilled. The repair blended perfectly with the existing floor—you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. The work was done efficiently, the area was left clean, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Excellent craftsmanship and great attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing hardwood floor repairs.

The Evolution of Contractors were quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace the railings, treads, and porch area of my dad's front landing, which at that point had rotted out railings and failing treads. They did not try to upsell me and gave a clear quote for both wood and composite materials. There was zero pressure.Communication was always clear, friendly, and timely. We went with the composite option. The work was completed in one full day. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. I had the opportunity to review the work with them after and got clear care instructions. After the work was completely paid for, I noticed a small irregularity that was purely aesthetic in nature. I texted asking for suggestions to address it myself, and was immediately told they would come by the next week to correct the issue. I would happily work with them again!

Hired for ceiling and bathroom drywall in a difficult spot. The painters came in and quickly repaired ceiling and drywall. Even recaulked the tubs completely as they needed it. Amazing work!!!

Excellent experience with June. He is very professional and polite. Was a pleasure to work with. His team did a great job with the flooring and we are very impressed. He came through when another vendor backed out and was able to accommodate us in our tight timeline with very little notice to him. The project took a little longer than expected, but that could have been due to unforeseen issues. He stayed till the end and even cleaned the floors personally to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Will certainly keep him in mind for any future projects and will be happy to recommend him to others.
