Dissatisfied with this company and cannot recommend their services. Based on our experience, making money is more important than providing quality service. Water leaks into our new patio enclosure and this company refuses to resolve this issue, no longer responds to us. Cannot upload photos because they are, apparently, too large. A $42k useless structure!

I had windows installed in 2008. They come with a lifetime warranty however the company is stonewalling replacing the windows they installed in our front room. I initiated conversations with them in August 2023. A couple people came out, agreed there was a problem with the seals on the windows, two took measurements, and now we are in "radio silence". The last communication was on January 31 that they were checking with manufacturing. Now, no response from emails, text messages, or phone messages (no one actually answers the phone when calling the main number). I would steer clear of this company and go with that "other" worldly company that actually honors their lifetime guarantees.

Great team - used them for a second project a year later and had another great experience. This is my go-to for windows and doors from now on.

Run far away from this company. They don't show up, they don't return calls, there is no customer service or concern. Signed contract in April and it is mid August and the job isn't completed yet. They have had to redo much of the original work. Unprofessional - feel like we have been taken for our money.

Love our windows!! Exactly what we wanted.. we had a great salesman who got us everything we wanted.. the window installers were great.. 6 windows dome in one day.. came back to caulk 2 days later.. I would definitely recommend the company..

Excellent customer service. Excellent product also. Vert pleased with our experience with them. The windows are solid, and sealed. We just are not too thrilled with the screen fittings. A bit difficult to replace. But NOT a dealbreaker for sure. Good to know our consultant actually is a NEIGHBOR! We did not know...and actually LIKED his windows prior to ever knowing he would be our advisor! Great Professional work.
