We were 100% happy with Southern Magnolia Construction and they did a beautiful job on our house. They were very conscientious about every little thing, down to the last finishes. Bradley made us feel very comfortable and if there was anything we wanted to change we can go to him and he will get the job done the way we want it. We were very pleased with his work. We would highly recommend him to anyone and have already done so to several of our friends. He took down an old sunroom and built another that is larger with lots more windows with vaulted ceilings. It looks awesome. We had new kitchen island and new countertops put in. We changed where our bathroom was downstairs and moved it to different location. We took the living room and converted to bedroom. The house looks completely different, we love it. We expanded the upstairs bathroom using a closet and he vaulted the ceiling in our upstairs bedroom and gave us a huge walk in closet, which I am thrilled with. We love it.
