I appreciated Joe's approach to replace the less costly component first - the computer board. I did also have to replace the compressor but by doing so received a better warranty and it cost me less than buying a new fridge."

Because I was unable to prepare the unit and its surroundings before his arrival, he had to work hard before he could begin his repairs. Without complaint he did what was necessary to gain access to the unit and efficiently repair it.
