Joe really knows his s**t. Within 20 minutes he had the problem narrowed down to 2 options. He offered a fix for a freon leak (which Whirlpool would declare as not repairable) at an acceptable price. I eventually elected not to do the repair, and bought a replacement. At that point, Joe even suggested places with discount prices. An honest and knowledgeable man. Hard to find these days. Highly recommended

We recently had a great experience with Joseph Horvath from Abby Appliance Repair. Our Whirlpool washer stopped working which caused us some concern about our laundry getting washed in a timely manner. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part right away. Once the part arrived, he came back and fixed the washer in no time. We really appreciated his professionalism and how efficient he was. It's such a relief to have our washer up and running again! We highly recommend his services if you need appliance repairs. Thank you, Joe!
