Josh is courteous, friendly and professional what a great asset to Pointe Alliance Installation and repair. Pointe Alliance Installation and Repair as a company was quick to respond and accommodate a schedule to perform the repair. Highly recommend .
They reached out to me very quickly and communicated with me at 7:00PM and had a rep out to complete the project the next day at noon, which was really appreciated.
Yes Josh was very handy, thankfully my garbage disposal just needed fixing not replaced.

Josh is 3 for 3! I appreciate Pointe Appliance coming out in a quick manner. A freezer / defrost device went out a few days back. It was not the timer device I thought went bad, and I replaced it myself. I sent Pointe info on what I did and what happened. Josh went into the inside back panel of the stand up freezer and found the device that went bad after 15 years. After the 6 hour cool down, the freezer is back in service. Thank you for your time, early arrival (wife was surprised), and conversation.
I was very happy with my experience with the work, customer service and follow up. Josh was very friendly and explained the need for new parts etc, came to install the part and I’m now up and running . Will recommend the call department also.
I had inquired with Angi for my refrigerator , and a few vendors reached out to me via phone and text, asking about scheduling a visit. However, I had not confirmed any appointments. Then, unexpectedly on June 19th around 10:15 AM, someone knocked on my door claiming I had booked an appointment. I clearly explained that while I had made inquiries, I never confirmed or scheduled any appointment. The gentleman from Point Appliances insisted that I had booked the appointment and would need to pay the fee regardless of whether the service was performed. Since I felt I had no choice, I asked him to go ahead and check the refrigerator. Today June 23rd 2025 while discussing with Angi representative ; I got a confirmation that there was no appointment booking just enquiry, Also, the over all cost point appliances provided; I didn't agree and he left just taking the $102. I will appreciate if I get my money refunded. THANKS!!
Wednesday I can do between 9 AM and 12 PM. It's a $99 service fee but as long as you're complaining services, he won't charge that fee.
