"Jeff was prompt to call, quick to come and diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. He was honest and was able to repair my 20 yr old Amana Refigerator - needed a defrosting terminating thermostat . Some might have just told me to buy a new fridge... but Jeff was great. I am totally satisfied and the freezer is already making ice after an hour. YAY... but he left and didn't put the food back in the freezer for me... LOL just kidding!!!"

"I joined HomeAdvisor last Sunday after our refrigerator stopped cooling Saturday night. They recommended Eastern Appliance Repair. Daniel Ward texted and called within an hour on Sunday and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9am. He checked out the refrigerator and had it working again in a couple of hours. While waiting on it to cool down he also got my microwave oven to function properly again. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Needless to say, i was very happy with the result and delighted with the price! I would highly recommend Daniel and Eastern Appliance."

"Excellent work...Identified the 'right' problem with dishwasher which made fixing very easy. While he was at home, offered to fix an issue with fridge- No water through water/ice dispenser. Patiently worked on it till he found the right problem again without resorting to duct-tape solutions and best part was - He spend more time taking out and putting final assembly when we brought up an alignment issue. Knowledgable as a tech and even better as a cusotmer service person"
