Maybe not their fault, but it took a week to order a part and come out for the second time. Then they determined that the part was not necessary and the problem is something they cant fix, so we need to hire someone else. Meanwhile, our tenant is inconvenienced and still cant use the stove or oven.

As soon as my technician found that the issue was the gas pipe rather than the appliance itself, it no longer was work he was capable of doing for the safety of your tenants as well as himself. Getting service these days has turned into being a real hassle as most local service providers hire nationwide call takers/screeners, which may save them time and money, but can be a real time-consuming hassle, for various reasons, to the prospective customer. NL E&A Service was one of the very few to provide an e-mail address as well as a telephone number directly to their office in which to get their attention quickly, which proved to be far easier than the nationwide gatekeepers. NL procured the appliance I needed, arrived per scheduled, installed and tested it professionally, cleaned the installation area better than he found it, and gave maintenance guidance, all at a quoted ethical price that was less than any of those who so ventured to even quote a price. Needless to say, my experience was far better than hoped for, considering the number of nationwide telephone callers, most of whom knew nothing of what I needed, despite my indicating such in my initial request for service. Let a word to the wise be sufficient!
