I hired this person to come to fix my fridge. The first time he could not fix it and said he needed a different part. Two weeks later he showed up with the part and it did not work and he said the part must be defective and he will have to get the part re-shipped to him and come back out. After that, I never heard from him again despite my calls and texts. He just quit on my job. He did not charge me, so that was good, but give me a break about not even telling me that he just decided that he was done.

Arrival time and address was clearly communicated and confirmed prior to arrival. The repairman was professional, knowledgeable, concise, friendly. He got the work done quickly yet thoroughly and clearly communicated with me on the issue(s) he found and fixed as well as recommendations. He wore protection while he was here as did I, keeping us all safe. He courteously answered all questions I had. Yes, we recommend this company!
