"Wow! Exceptional build! A simple phone call to request an estimate turned into a beautiful covered and screened-in lanai. Larry came out to provide an estimate and right out of the gate he showed his interest in wanting to know exactly what was wanted and the understanding of the high expectation I was demanding. His desire to build the best lanai was evident by the additional little touches provided in regards to design and stability. I can't say enough about this experience and the final product.
