" An approved revision will be required for the additional scope and deviations between the built structure and the approved construction documents. Specifically, the approved revision will require the addition of mini- split A/C systems to the home (with associated energy forms/sizing calculations), the modification to the master bedroom entry, must include details for the new bathroom roof cavity ventilation (current details do not account for the required ventilation of the roof cavity), and the inaccurate site plan which fails to accurately illustrate the driveway dimensions accurately and it fails to include the sidewalk that is present around the structure. Additionally, the gutters and downspouts that were illustrated on record # BLD-16-0442609 are not installed. Either install them or include this modification to the required revision. - Additionally, all concealed work will need to be evaluated by a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect using industry accepted methods and techniques. A detailed inspection affidavit will then need to be uploaded to the record listing the specific previously missed inspections that they are approving, along with a description of how that related scope was confirmed compliant.
