One pair of windows were installed in a blank exterior wall and the other two replaced a smaller window ensemble to provide more light into our living area. Once the new products arrived, the install team worked efficiently and in ONE day completed the installation to reseal the house on a warm spring day. The interior trim work followed quickly and we were ready for paint in just a few days. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."

Clean-up of old roofing materials was a concern I had prior to starting roof replacement as I have dogs in fenced yard ... was no reason to worry, clean-up was great! Friendly crew. "We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."
