Seth and the on-site DreamHome team exceeded my expectations for the responsiveness and professionalism in accomplishing both my roof replacement and subsequent non-related eave repairs. From start to finish, they were on time, worked hard, and in the end provided a product that was above the standard. I will recommend DreamHome to anyone seeking roof installation and repairs.

Overall, I am pleased with the outcome of how the work looks; however, this was not the most stress free experience. My biggest issue was the fact that I felt like I had to work as the site supervisor to make sure that the work was done properly. If I had not intervened, installers would have laid the deck boards improperly and provided the wrong railings. I, also, had to clean up debris, including nails in the driveway and street, left by the installers almost every time they were here including after they completed the install. There was also minor damage to my property by installers moving deck boards that was not acknowledged until I said something. Feel consumers deserve not only quality work but also integrity when they pay this kind of money. Ultimately, feel the company tried to make things right. I still have one outstanding issue that I'm hoping that the company will step up and provide a solution.

This company is TOP NOTCH when it comes to deck construction. They built my deck above a hot tub which was not easy to work with considering the height and obstructions. The project manager is constantly in touch with you on your project and the construction crew is the hardest working men who are sensitive to your needs and schedule. The clean up was amazing. This is a turn key company. Step right up and watch the show. I'm so impressed. I will be calling them back in the future.
