He checked my washing machine looking at the error codes and determined that I needed to run a cleanse cycle to clear out soap buildup. I did so and it works fine now. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and was very willing to explain things. I liked him and will use him again"

"Ace Appliance Pro was able to book an appt. for me on short notice a week before Thanksgiving, which was a huge help! The technician Mo arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our broken refrigerator, told me he had the necessary parts, and gave me the price upfront. He very efficiently completed the entire repair and had the fridge working again in record time, to my enormous relief. It wasn't inexpensive, but certainly worth it to not have to spend thousands on a new fridge! I would definitely use Ace Appliance Pro again and highly recommend them!!"

"When our refrigerator malfunctioned on a Saturday morning, Youssef answered my call and, incredibly, came to the house within just a couple of hours. I suspected that the control board on the fridge had gone bad, so he brought the fitting part with him. On arrival he ran a test and quickly confirmed that this was indeed the problem. Excellent, very competent, and friendly service. I highly recommend! Dieter K."
