"The only contractor that were upfront with their pricing, and were willing to give an estimate to replace a part over the phone (based on model number). I was able to make an appointment for the next day (during Christmas season), and they fixed our furnace promptly."

"The professionals who came made a thorough assessment of what needed to be done. The job was split between the plumbing techs according to their expertise, and each part got completed satisfactorily. I appreciated their honesty regarding what could be fixed immediately and the estimate for a bigger sewer-related job in future. The charges are reasonable. SEATOWN seems like a very organized company, their call center staff is friendly/polite, they follow through on scheduling appts."

"The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide. Like many other homeowners, I am always leery about contractors trying to up sell projects. The end result of Connor and his crew, Scott and Ryan, was a very happy customer. I will be definitely be recommending ECO Electic and Plumbing to my friends and family."

"The install team was quick and efficient. It took them about 4.5 hours, start to finish, which was far quicker than I thought it would take. They left the area clean and the install looks very professional. Unit works great; it was 90 degrees the day after the install and the unit did its job and kept the house cool."

"The team at Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning was extremely professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive when I reached out and provided different options to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. My installation was subject to HOA requirements that had to be met which the team happily addressed and ensured there would be no issues. I highly recommend working with this business!"
