They were back in contact 3hrs later with quote on better system than requested for better price than offered by large and medium sized businesses in their quotes. Signed contract that day. They got permit and picked up system.. They came the next day removed old system and installed new condenser and handler with ultraviolet light for handler and condensate pump in 7hrs. Relocated ac fuse box and line. Left no mess. Brought entire system, electrical up to code. Quality workmanship and craftmanship. They have two other companies. I will be using them to redesign and renovate kitchen and baths in the future. More so I was impressed with their business sense, integrity, fairness and character. They get 5 stars all day!"

"When I was in Los Angeles getting ready to move to WPB, FL I looked up A/C Pros on HomeAdvisor. I found this company with excellent reviews. After a week of owning my new condo, the A/C died. I contacted HomeAdvisor for Premier Comfort Services. Representative Kate came and diagnosed the problem. She walked me through getting a new A/C system and gave me all the perks of having Premier Comfort doing it for me. The pricing was fair and honest which I truly appreciated. Kate deserves 5 Stars for her excellent customer care and service. The guys came a couple days later and put in the new A/C unit. It took them all day (8 hours) as they had to remove the old system from a very small tight closet. But they accomplished it and now I am living in comfort again. The guys were courteous, polite and prompt. They even sent out pictures of the diagnostic person as well as the technicians for the install. Very nice. That shows they care about their customers. 10 Stars really. In fact I had another issue in plumbing about 2 weeks later and I called Premier Comfort and they came out and took care of that issue also."
