Reviews
Write a ReviewAlex came and was very professional. Took care to keep our house clean, inspected what needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly. Laid out price options, and documented the work well. I was very impressed and happy with the work!
Sawyer Duncanson did the service on my furnace. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He carefully explained the report to me. He is so friendly yet professional .Thanks Sawyer!
Service Technicians Sean and Chris were both polite, professional and willing to discuss service options to meet my needs.
They didn't show but did call to cancel late during the day they were scheduled to show. Disappointed and rescheduled with another company.
This review is based on a misdiagnosis and lack of ownership of the mistake at the management level. We had a second floor shower leaking from an unknown point into the ceiling of our laundry room. Hero replaced two plumbing components overflow/drain for $1400 and declared it resolved. Bad news is that the water leak continued exactly as it had before. Second visit they found the problem was water coming from inside the shower via loose tiles. The friendly tech reviewed notes and said it was a misdiagnosis that led to the 1st replacement job and that management would review it. Management gave a â final offerâ $500 refund. So I am still out $900 for the misdiagnosis resulting in plumbing that wasnâ t needed. Nice techs. Mistakes happen. Hero just chose to only partially do the right thing once they realized and acknowledged the mistake I just paid for. Would not recommend.
Extremely Overpriced!!!! I paid $6,382. to install a new furnace in a 1800sqft house!! I could have purchased two for that price!!! They take advantage of peoples in desperate situations. My pipes burst and showered everything in the basement including the furnace. They would not write in the receipt that the water caused the furnace to go out, which was the source of the problem. (Tech could hardly speak English) I am stuck with an overpriced furnace and a huge debt. Then they did not find the 2nd leak when they repaired the first leak, so I had to have them come back twice and paid $1600 for 2 small leaks. You paying for the fancy Hero vehicles and the fancy houses that these people own. I would think these people would have a hard time sleeping at night, I know I would. The constant emails and messaging are annoying as well as 3 different people coming for one job. Services: Plumbing leak repair, Heating system installation
The customer service was great. the person fixing it was very polite and even explained to me what was wrong. overall I'm happy I hired them.
Horrible customer service, bait and switch pricing.
I was charged $805 to simply repair a toilet flange. $99 for the trip and $706 for the simple fix. I do not suggest Hero as the cost for this simple repair was outrageous. I gave them the opportunity, before posting, to reimburse part of the fee and they declined. It is my fault for calling them. Fool me once. Never again.
