"When we hired Brian and his team to remodel our house, we were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship, professional attitude, and level of work ethic. They showed up everyday, on time, & didn't quit until the job was done. He painted the interior of our home, fixed & painted all of our doors, ripped out old flooring & installed new flooring, installed new baseboards along with other smaller projects. They are able to handle everything. It is so great walking into our home now. There isn't any project they can't handle. Prior to this remodel, they power-washed the outside of our home, fixed some damage to our siding, and fixed a leak in our roof. They also replaced some drywall in our foyer that was damaged by a leak. Brian's entire team worked so hard and offered very valuable advice when I wasn't sure what direction to go. I'm already working on another list of projects for them. I can't recommend them enough.Their prices are extremely reasonable. They can do it all, I promise!"

He always puts a great deal of care into these projects and has always done a great job. I admittedly have a tendency to be a bit of a picky customer but he's always gone of his way to make me happy. "Drywall repair and replacement job. David called right away and came out and gave me a quote. His quote was a fair price compared to the other quotes I received. The work for the drywall repair and replacement for my water damages was first notch. You can't even tell where the holes that were repaired were and the replacement of the additional drywall sections looks like it was never replaced. I was very happy with the work and would use Lopez Construction again."

"Excellent workmanship. Completed work early. The owner of the company, Scot, came out to look at my project and take measurements. He emailed a written bid the next day. I really appreciated his no nonsense manner. So many of the companies that we had come out for bids, sit down with you for an hour telling you how great they are, shoot you an inflated bid on a piece of scratch paper and don't even bother to formalize it in writing. . . then they find ways to come out 2 or 3 more times to "refine" their initial quote. I like that Scot gave me the best quote without all the games that the "salesmen" that the other companies use play. With Scot you don't feel that most of the price is built in as sales commission."
