"Came out the day of my inquiry. I had a broken spring on my door. Upon further investigation, I also had worn bearings. Fortunately, he had bearings available and was able to install them as well as two new springs. Went above and beyond an lubricated all moving parts and adjusted my belt and downward travel. Door shuts better than it did before the broken spring. Would 100% call them back out for future service without hesitation! Excellent service."

"When we hired Brian and his team to remodel our house, we were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship, professional attitude, and level of work ethic. They showed up everyday, on time, & didn't quit until the job was done. He painted the interior of our home, fixed & painted all of our doors, ripped out old flooring & installed new flooring, installed new baseboards along with other smaller projects. They are able to handle everything. It is so great walking into our home now. There isn't any project they can't handle. Prior to this remodel, they power-washed the outside of our home, fixed some damage to our siding, and fixed a leak in our roof. They also replaced some drywall in our foyer that was damaged by a leak. Brian's entire team worked so hard and offered very valuable advice when I wasn't sure what direction to go. "Excellent workmanship. Completed work early. The owner of the company, Scot, came out to look at my project and take measurements. He emailed a written bid the next day. I really appreciated his no nonsense manner. So many of the companies that we had come out for bids, sit down with you for an hour telling you how great they are, shoot you an inflated bid on a piece of scratch paper and don't even bother to formalize it in writing. . . then they find ways to come out 2 or 3 more times to "refine" their initial quote. I like that Scot gave me the best quote without all the games that the "salesmen" that the other companies use play. With Scot you don't feel that most of the price is built in as sales commission."

"The spring on the garage door broke at 3:30 p.m. when my wife returned from the Post Office. Normally, having both cars “trapped” in the garage would be an annoyance — we could just reschedule our following day around a service call. This time, however, the schedule was already set: a 6:00 a.m. trip to the health center for cataract surgery. The first order of business was to try to get the spring replaced.We called our usual service company but they had no one free for “emergency” service that late in the day. They recommended a Google search, which brought us to Angi and Overhead Garage Door. To make a long story short, the OGD service tech arrived quickly, assessed the situation, made the spring replacement/tensioning AND did a thorough inspection and preventative maintenance on the door, opener, tracks, rollers, hinges… and was still able to complete the job and be on his way by 6:00 p.m. We’ll done, Joshua!
