"The work was done in a professional manner and completed over 3 evenings, 1st day to remove the old concrete, excavate the area, and set forms; 2nd day to pour and shape the concrete; 3rd day to remove forms and replace turf. Each day I was informed what was being done by a friendly, courteous man. The only suggestion I have for him is to start using some sort of formal statement for project bids and the same for billing. His statement was handwritten on a piece of scrap paper and the bill was verbal - when I asked him how he wanted to be paid. And I requested that he sign his handwritten statement as Paid in Full so I would have a receipt. I would recommend his work fully."
