"Amazing gutter upgrade on my house. Originally I had 4â gutters that were 8â long plastic sections, that were failed when I bought the house & caused rot. I upgraded to 6â seamless gutters/ downspouts all around (HUGE UPGRADE) these things glow awesome & can handle small leaves ð & pine needles ð ² like nothing. Iâ m also a big fan of how accessible the 6â gutter is over the existing 4â & even a 5â gutter, which is pretty common for residential. You can fit a gloves hand into a 6â gutter, without bending or damaging the roofing shingles. Another thing I really like about these gutters is how the gutter supports are spaced tighter than other installers (18â spacing vs 24â spacing) so they are RIGID & ROBUST. The warranty that Quality Gutters Provides is amazing (tandem warranties for installation & manufacturer quality) Scheduling: 10/10 (Quality Gutters worked around MY schedule) Communication: 10/10 (always answered questions & requests with urgent professionalism) Flexibility: 10/10 (allowing me to add items to the existing order without a change work order charge. Installation: 10/10 (FAST, CLEAN, QUALITY) Post install impression: 10/10 (the walk around, to answer question, take feedback & show that they leave without a mess was VERY appreciated.) "I have used Guardian roofing for many years. First: I had a shake roof on my house. Guardian Roofing helped me clean and protect my shake roof and repaired any shakes as necessary. Here is where the great service comes in. If I had any leaks in my shake roof that was because of their service, they repaired it at their cost. Every person they sent out to my home for service was polite, courteous, and was working with me to satisfy MY needs. If they made a mess, there made sure that it was cleaned up per My satisfaction. Second; last year I had my shake roof replaced with a Certain Teed Landmark TL Roofing. It was a complete tear off and replace. The crew was Great. They covered my bushes, Garage doors and anything else that could be damaged. They cleaned up every night before going home and made sure it was to My satisfaction. They were here for three and a half days and when they finished, the crew went around the house with me to make sure I was happy, (They were very Customer oriented). They also made sure that all gutters and down spouts were clean out. I cannot complain about Guardian Roofing and their service. Third: they just recently applied a Moss and Algae treatment on my roof. They were very customer oriented and made sure that all was cleaned up. I have no complaints or arguments with Guardian Roofing and their Crew. The last thing that is important to me and their customers, they were hooked up with a safety line and worker Safety First. "Our project involved demolition of patio roof, repair of our home roof where old patio roof had been incorrectly attached, dry rot repair, new facia boards, new gutters and the construction of a beautiful new patio roof with 4 sky lights and a light knotty pine ceiling and asphalt shingle roof on it. Nick did an absolutely phenominal job on the whole project. His customer skills were wonderful...from patiently explaining what was needed and how best to accomplish our visions with me when I got home from work each day and then repeating it all when my husband got home later, to his solid record of showing up daily when he said he would (dependability gets 6 stars!!), we couldn't have asked for better service.
