Salesman was nice, but a little pushy. Installation crew damaged our siding by ripping downspouts off the house instead of unscrewing them.

Got the job done in one day and listened to my suggestions and the team were real professionals.
I had the consultation on 10/20/23 and agreed to a project and estimate with the salesman. On 10/26/23 a work crew showed up at my house to begin install. Between these two dates my family had contracted covid and everyone was in bed sick. My partner asked if they needed anything from us, and all the workers said they needed was access to an electrical outlet. Later that day after they left I went outside and looked at the work and immediately contacted the general manager to let him know it was not done the way it was agreed to during the consultation. They sent out the production manager who did an inspection and gave a credit for overcharges (I was charged for product not used) and when I asked about the other work that the salesman said would be included he told me that I was lied to. I explained that the entire consultation was recorded by my home security system and have since sent those videos to the general manager and they will not respond to me. After a few other lies from the company were noticed I have since made several attempts to contact them to remove and return these gutter but they will not respond to me. I can not get a response to any calls or emails whatsoever which I believe is a breach of contract considering I have a warranty. I have disputed the charges through synchrony, who is financing the loan I have to pay that they took out in my name and already paid themselves in full the day after installation without verifying the work I wanted and knowing full well I was dissatisfied.
The representative was very knowledgeable and professional.
