"When I discovered that not just one, but several of our builder-grade windows were failing, we decided to bite the bullet and get all new windows for the house. We also decided to get new doors for a walk-out basement. The crew manager was responsive when I took him downstairs after I noted a patch of sunlight coming through a small opening at the juncture of the new doors, and he ensured this was remedied having us check it before they left. Roland came by the next day, and we are confident that if we have any issues or need anything addressed, he will be as responsive as he has been from start to finish of the project.
