We had to replace our closet floor due to a neighbors leak, in our high rise building. After that, Memo sent me some suggestions for what type of products to order at Menards, for the job. I placed the order and he picked it up on day of install. He and another guy arrived on time and immediately went to work. They cleaned up after they were done, and were out the door within a couple hours. Memo answers all of my questions within minutes when I emailed him. He was a pleasure to work with and professional. "I hired the Grout Medic to replace the grout in my shower, which had been deteriorating over the years, and to also attempt to clean the shower door which had built up a heavy coat of precipitate and soap scum. I was told that the work would probably take between five to six hours, and the tech, Diego, showed up on time and got to work right away. Sure enough, after about five and a half hours...he had finished, and I was blown away by what an amazing job he had done to my shower and the door also! Everything basically looked brand new; I simply couldn't believe it!
