Had a big ask if it could be done quickly and in-between holidays and Andrea came out the next day and did it. Looks great. Cleaned afterward and Andrea was very nice.

Outstanding work and service. Fair price and beautiful end result. He tiled our whole kitchen with mastery and skill.

Didn?t come back to complete the caulking. Grouting was sloppy and pocketed leaving open gaps. Install of new shower tile and grout was incomplete. Unfortunately I didn?t notice much of this until after it dried and he never came back. I was overcharged on the ledges, found them at Lowes for $50, he charged me $350. This is what you get when you don?t research materials.

Andrea may know how to tile but for my project, he gave me a quote to remodel the whole bathroom. We went over in detail together everything that would be covered and he stated that he could do all the work. When it came time to do the work, however, he did not know how to do it. He had to be asked to put on a second coat of paint and he did not know to remove switch plates and outlet covers before painting so he painted over them and ruined them. He also did not know how to put up towel bars and baseboards and install my new faucets. He told me I needed a plumber. I had to get another contractor to complete the work. On the first day, he laid down drop cloths to cover my carpeting but after that for some reason he did not and he stained my carpet. He re-grouted my shower tile but left the grout all over the tiles and told me it would just come off when I showered, which it did not. I had to ask him to please clean it off with grout remover. He did but did not do a thorough job and I had to ask him to go over it again. Afterward, I have still been finding areas that I need to work on to get the grout off the tile. If you only have a tiling job this contractor might be all right but do not let him do anything else! I was disappointed and very frustrated with the situation because I thought he knew what he was doing and I did have other estimates that were actually less than his.

Very pleased with the quality of the work and the price. Andrea responded almost instantly and showed up later that day to give me a quote. Upon starting the work we found out that there was another issue that needed to be addressed. Andrea knocked it out in short order and the project was finished in 3 days. Again, very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism.

Andrea was very professional, great tile skill, and had a very reasonable cost.

Andrea took out my existing shower tile to put in new tile. Before doing so, he repaired my shower floor and rebuilt my bench to improve the existing quality. His work is detail oriented and thorough. He is timely and very customer focused. I am very happy with the finished product and would definitely use him for another project in the future.
