"I sincerely say, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Incredible, incredible service from Jason and his team I got screwed over not just by Lowes, but by another contractor who never showed up. I called Jason. He showed up the same day, got his guys out there three days later. The quality of the installation cannot be overstated. Guys who truly care about the quality of their workmanship. They screwed down my subfloor so it doesn't squeak and they were able to avoid using transition. I have a masonry fireplace and was resigned to having it undercut, but the installers went out of their way to manage it so they didn't have to. My only regret is that I didn't tip his guys MORE. THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT TO DO YOUR FLOORS. Prices are great too. But let me tell you, after MONTHS of dealing with other contractors- they'd be worth it at a much higher price."

He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "It was our great luck to find Footprints Floors and Shawna. Our dishwasher leaked and we needed to replace our kitchen laminate floor. Based on good online reviews we decided to contact Shawna. She was very kind and understanding about our dilemma, set up a visit for two days later, came to our home at the scheduled time, and did the measurement and assessment. While she was here we realized Footprints Floors was the right choice â even before getting the very fair estimateâ and feel that we made a friend. Shawna is pleasant, professional, and fun! She scheduled the work within a very appropriate time frame and arrived promptly that day with her expert installer, Luis. The two of them consulted for a few minutes and Luis got started. We could go on for pages about how experienced, efficient, hard working, and easy-going Luis was. All floors have odd angles but nothing bothered him. He said â all problems have solutionsâ and made everything turn out perfectly. We were constantly amazed at how expertly he worked. "MTC was prompt and responsive to request for estimate. I felt the cost was fair based on the levels of cleaning outlined. The arrangement for the job took place on schedules that messed with family and the job was well done and I was pleased, very pleased with the result. A little sealant got exposed to the glass wall of the shower but MTC was willing to come back to clean it but they talked me through how to remove it and I did. They were eager to make sure I was fully satisfied."
