He showed me the extracted dirt after he was finished. He was fast, no nonsense, and no BS upsell tactics. He did an excellent job and was kind to my little, Maltese, TwinkleBelles. We had a large area of our home carpets cleaned (including stairs) and an area rug- everything looks great and it's a huge improvement.
