"I worked with Oregon Restoration to restore the lower part of my kitchen after a slow leak from an ice maker line. The flooring, lower cabinets, and sheet rock behind the cabinets all had to be replaced. Once the insurance company & Oregon Restoration came to agreement on the cost of the repairs, the work began. Riley Reed was the appointed as the project manager. He was in charge of scheduling all work that needed to happen, who would do each task, and set it up so the tasks were completed in the order needed. I was always kept in the loop, so I knew what was going to happen. It all proceeded in a timely manner. I was very appreciative. There was a hang up at the end with the correct installation of my drop-in stove. Riley worked with me and arranged a knowledgeable installer to come in and set it up correctly. All repairs are now complete and the insurance claim is closed. The reconstruction is beautiful. I am thankful to have my kitchen back. It finally feels like home again!"
