"I want to call out two people from IPMC whose behaviors drove my ratings -- Brooke & Omar. They communicated well and listened very well. When there were minor speed bumps with the work, they let me know and answered each of my questions. Omar supervised the work in a careful manner, and interacted with the tenants who resided in the apartments in a professional and courteous way. I would hire them again if I were to have additional needs for their services."
