"Needless to say, the need to hire this company came from a disaster. I felt lost, not knowing what to do or how to do it. I was approached by one mitigation company, which explained the what but not the why. They also asked for a sizable down payment. This is when I realized I was being sold, not helped. Then I met Javier from Storm Masters. He explained the WHY and was patient with me. The work they did was so in-depth and professional! During the process, Elvira from the office was in daily contact with me, even emailing me with daily work reports. When I had contractors stop to give estimates for the rebuild, the comments were all the same! No one had ever seen a mitigation job this well done. How clean no smell and so neat and complete. Highly recommended!!"
