I started by getting a quote from six different roofing companies. Matt's quote was the most comprehensive. He spent as much time as I needed to go through all the details and explain why he recommended certain things and why he might recommend against other options that weren't specific or appropriate for our unique situation. I felt like he truly individualized the plan for what I really needed--not just a blanket general answer. He listened to ALL of my questions and concerns and was so patient the entire time. "Mike O'Reilly (our contact) has been amazing and instrumental in our decision to getting a new roof on our home. The roof we had installed over this last Labor Day weekend is gorgeous and although it was towards the end of summer, we could immediately feel the difference in energy usage with the new roof ventilation system they installed. The men who came out to install the roof took care to make sure they not only respected our home and space, but also cleaned up after themselves when they were finished (you would be surprised at how many contractors out there would not do something simple like that). Mike called a week a later to make sure we were still happy with our roof and I knew that he really did care what our thoughts were. I highly recommend this organization to all my friends and family. Mike, also worked with us on the financing end of things, showing us how to take advantage of all the rebates and tax options that we could have available to us. The company uses green products (which as a True Oregonian ;-) I LOVE) and they are big on supporting our military veterans with incentive programs. We loved our experience in the process of the roof installation so much that we invited them back to do a patio door replacement for our custom doors next week. The entire company strives to seek full customer satisfaction and they definitely have mine.
