Needless to say, the need to hire this company came from a disaster. I felt lost, not knowing what to do or how to do it. I was approached by one mitigation company, which explained the what but not the why. They also asked for a sizable down payment. This is when I realized I was being sold, not helped. Then I met Javier from Storm Masters. He explained the WHY and was patient with me. The work they did was so in-depth and professional! During the process, Elvira from the office was in daily contact with me, even emailing me with daily work reports. When I had contractors stop to give estimates for the rebuild, the comments were all the same! No one had ever seen a mitigation job this well done. How clean no smell and so neat and complete. Highly recommended!!

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great! The worker was very communicative and explained all is steps during the process and was nice and friendly! i would use them again if needed!

Contacted Storm Masters and they came out the same day to address the issue of Mold in a part of our home. This is our first home so we had Zero experience with this kind of issue. They really put my worries at ease. Within a a few days the Mold was remediated and within total of 2 weeks it was safe to be in that area of our home. Very professional and knowledgeable.
