Our problem was a lot of loose vinyl siding on our two-story home that we were fearful of blowing away. Dario Garcia and Jose were very thorough in their assessment of our project, making certain that the wood underneath the siding was in good condition before the repair, which it was. It was evident from this assessment that they took pride in what they do. They then gave us a fair estimate for the repair. Their attention to detail left our home in better condition, and we could be happier. They did a beautiful job. Currently, we have a swinging gate in the middle of the east side of our deck, that allows for access to air conditioning units. One of our building neighbors raised a concern, stating that the gate should be immediately once you walk outside, and as such, we've agreed to compromise with them and have the north facing railing altered so that there is a gate directly to one's left when they walk out the stairwell door. This would mean turning one section of the already existing railing into a swinging gate that looks similar to the swinging gate already built on the east railing. The currently existing railing that would need to be converted is standard wood that has been painted with a black sealant. We are flexibly on the timeline, as I know weather is bad.
