Ray came out and did a thorough look over of our porch and only fixed what was needed. I really appreciated this since other people wanted to replace the whole porch and be instead focused on what was needed. He also did the work himself along with a partner so good to know the person you hire does the work. We had some back and forth challenges in getting a hold of one another that took a longer to start the work than we wanted but once we connected Ray did a great job. We were unhappy with one board so he replaced it when we asked with no complaints. Ray is a nice guy who is honest and does quality work.
