"There were so many aspects to the work performed. Repaired the roof on two buildings; replaced skylights; installed new flooring throughout 2000 sq. foot house; painted and repaired ceiling cracks; repaired two windows, facilitated electrical work; new ceiling fan and grout and tile repairs, and much more. I was impressed at how many different skill sets Francesco and his workers, Pietro and Erik had. The work was performed on time; meticulously and at a fair price. My house looks brand new. I am very pleased. I think people want two things in a contractor, honesty and competence. Francesco prepared a contract and each additional task had a change order. Everything was above board.
