We originally engaged with a different interior designer. That turned into a big mistake as we were not able to communicate with them effectively. The original design did not meet our needs and Email, text, and voicemail messages went unanswered. We eventually found Sarah and made the change to work with her. Our project turned into a bit of a nightmare as our original contractor came down with COVID and had to walk off the job after completely demolishing our bathroom.
