"A day before selling my home I had noticed leak with my toilet under my hardwood in a guest toilet. I pulled up the effected wood and contacted Shambach Contrivers to relay the hardwood I already had. I was not present at the home so I trusted them to let themselves in and out with a lockbox. They were very respectful completed the job on time, did good work laying the floor. Trim work could have been a little better but overall they did a great job and really helped me out of a bind. I would use again."
