I never got to check out his work. i found him to be a bully and was trying to intimate me to get his $ before I ever saw the final project.... I will not ever use him again,

We agreed to a date and a price. The day of, she shows up home 2 hours later than she had earlier stated. Then tried to convince me to **do this tomorrow** even though we agreed that I would be paid the day of completion. Then, she asks me not to cash the check for 5 days. Which I agreed to. I gave her a written guarantee that she has in her possession. And told her that I would repair or redo any work she sees fit, free of charge. All this while having not received one penny for the work upfront. Getting paid for services rendered is bullying now.

Ed communicated very well. He explained what deck stain he recommended and why. The weather delayed his work a bit, but he called to let me know what was happening. He completed the job well within the agreed timeframe. I really appreciated his attention to detail.

Response from Company:
Jim walked around the job for 20 minutes after I was done inspecting the whole thing. Said it looked great. Handed me the money and that was that. This review is the first time I am hearing about any dissatisfaction. Not an honest way to go about handling one business. He did not even give me a chance to make him happy. Nothing I can do.
