Reviews
Write a ReviewVery prompt service and very good customer service
Very personable technician but watch out for him recommending replacing the unit before he even tries to repair it. Then, watch out for him putting in a much more expensive unit than the verbal estimate. All this happened while I was dealing with another repair person for another issue.
The plumber called before the expected time window was up letting me know he would arrive a little bit late because of his current location. I had both garden hose spigot valves replaced, and then when the final check showed that the pressure regulator was not regulating, had that replaced as well. Well done, no leaks, thorough clean-up, and complete replacement of the insulation on the exposed main water line where it comes up into the house. Would recommend.
It was pretty pricey for having one thing done
I was very impressed with Plumber Kings. They came when they said, I showed them the work to be done and they did it very professionally, and the price was very fair. The two gentlemen that came where pleasant and did the job to my expectations. I will definitely use them again.
Firstly, I want to state that I don't usually write bad reviews. My intention is solely so others do not have to go through the nightmare I experienced while working with Plumber Kings. The â crewâ of plumber kings consists of the owner, Chris, his childhood best friend, James, and whoever can use a shovel. Upon contracting Plumber Kings to replace the plumbing throughout my home and add a half bath, the owner, Chris, stated that he would complete the work himself. Thatâ s the first lie that comes out of Chrisâ s mouth- many were to follow. His best friend, James, is friendly enough, but he doesnâ t know what he is doing or probably even licensed. When installing my half-bath toilet, he forgot to tilt the pipe of the toilet at an angle, so the waste flows away from the house. Isnâ t that basic plumbing 101? Since Chris never took the time to come and inspect everything before my new flooring was installed, we found out too late. Instead of apologizing for his lack of work ethic, he blamed my family, claiming â someone must have stepped on the pipeâ . I was shocked that he would go to that length and disrespect my family to their faces. I now have an injector pump in my backyard thanks to his lack of care and it will need to be replaced every 10 years. The whole project took over 6 months to complete and upon final inspection, they didnâ t even install hammer arrestors on my new water lines. When I reached out to get it resolved, Chris mentioned he left them on my water heater and I should install them myself. I told him, Iâ m not a plumber and that the city inspector told me that my plumber should install them and itâ s included in a plumberâ s scope of work when replacing water lines. After a lot of back and forth, Chris finally showed up, with a huge attitude, and stated that the arrestors werenâ t included in my bid. How would it not be included in my bid if itâ s needed to pass inspection?! Do not waste your time and money on Plumber Kings. Iâ m still infuriated.
very good plumber
Service was great. Plumber was very helpful and went above and beyond. Price seemed high.
Excellent service and always called when on their way.
They leave my bathroom countertops wet and dirty along with the floor and water under the vanities.
