Wes began by troubleshooting the problem. Then he systematically worked through a couple of steps before finding the problem which was an open neutral connection. He promptly and professionally made the required repair.

S&S was an absolute dream to work with! After buying a fixer upper and dealing with so many contractors, Wes was a breath of fresh air. Not only does Wes *actually* respond to calls and texts (lol), he will respond promptly, thoroughly, and accurately, and he’ll patiently answer any questions. He won’t overpromise or bait and switch - in fact, I think he’s more likely to overdeliver. S&S relocated and upgraded our service panel, installed a generator inlet, and replaced our main service line. Prices were very reasonable. They coordinated with the town inspector, who told me he was very impressed with the quality of S&S’s work.
