George and his team did a wonderful job replacing my basement stairs. I had 9 1/4” treads that were dangerous, and I hated going down to do my laundry. He made sure my steps were regulation size and very safe. I feel so much more confident on my new steps. George was prompt, protected my floors, cleaned up, and most of all he listened to what I needed and made it happen. Highly recommend.

George came quickly to assess my situation, and quoted me a fair price. Once a contract was agreed upon, they did the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They constructed a well built 10x10 deck with stairs, and even added a few solar lights that made it visually beautiful at night. I’ll gladly hire them again for any future projects!

Workmanship is amazing and very professional!

I really liked George when he came to evaluate the project and returned to attempt a moderate fix. He was creative and thoughtful in his approach, and his attempt demonstrated his good skills. However, when the job proved to need a more involved and complex solution, I did not see the follow-through I would hope for. I received an estimate, which after I discussed with my wife we accepted, and I was promised a contract and a potential schedule. I never received the contract, nor did the company respond to any of my requests or provide any further communication. Frustratingly, I have lost time I could have used finding a reliable contractor.

George is an incredible woodworker and did an equally incredible job on my stairway. He is very efficient and shows up when promised. He never left a mess at the end of the day which, for me, was appreciated. My bannisters have a new look and I cannot get over the great job he did! I would HIGHLY recommend him! Also, the customer service was unmatched. Marcus contacted me right away after submitting my request. He also followed up when he said he would and he was extremely responsive. I never had to 'chase' him down to get an answer. Again, I would highly recommend Royal Stairs and would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!
