I originally contacting Reality Roofing for an estimate back in 2010 after finding them on Angie's List.. I liked that it is a family run business, and of course, the great reviews.  Cay gave me an estimate.  She was knowledgable and friendly.  I got a few more estimates from other companies, and their price was competitive. After Hurricane Irene, the insurance company paid for part of our roof.  I contacted Cay and she honored the old quote.  They also supplied additional information and spoke directly to our insurance company to help get it approved and paid.  Once we finalized the insurance, Cay even stopped by my house with roof samples, and made some great suggestions regarding color. She also provided a list of addresses for all the roofs they installed in Rockville Centre so we could look at the colors in person. We scheduled for Jan 13 (yesterday).  They arrived as promised, promptly at 8 am, with an army of smiling workers.  Despite the terrible weather (high wind, rain, snow and biting cold), they completed my roof and it looks spectacular.  Their crew was friendly and professional.  I must admit that while they were working, I was worried about the clean up, but they did an incredible job.  Not only is my yard tidy, but they also checked the neighboring yards because the wind was blowing so badly.  I would highly recommend Reality Roofing to anyone looking for a responsible, reliable and customer friendly company.  What a great experience!

We had called three different people and they responded right away.  They came within three days and did the job for us.  We think we spent $180 on their services.  They were very accommodating.  They were very reasonably priced and they were very efficient.  They did a pretty good job for the price they charged.  They did an excellent job and they came right away.  They were very reasonable in terms of price.  Their quality of work and responsiveness were excellent.  They were here on time.  Their professionalism was very nice.  They were very personable too.  We will use their services again in the future.  We have their card and their address too on our board here.

The only company I contacted to make repairs. All others wanted me to put on a new roof. The representative was on time for the appointment. She gave me a quote, obtained the date for repairs and also called a day later saying they could move appointment up if I wished. The roofer was there as scheduled. He examined the total roof said the only repairs necessary was what we had seen from the ground. He took care in doing the job and took pride in his work. He finished the repair in about the time estimated for the job. I was very happy with the Reality Roofing and would recommend and used them again.

They came on time, when he came to get the estimate the gentleman was very knowledgable and communicated very effectively. Very clear on how the operation would work and did exactly what they said they. Even wrote a hand written note to thank us for the business.

Called, very nice on the phone, gave est. Workmen came right out, finished job in no time. Had to have them come back a second time. No problem. very good people.

Ralph came out to my house in Queens and was professional, amiable, and honest.  I would 100% use Reality again and highly recommend them.
