After moving in in our new home, we decided to redo our roof because of its condition (missing shingles and leaks). While looking for a roofing company, we were told that our brick chimney was not in good shape and could be the culprit for our leak. Therefore, we had it completely redone from the flashing up. Unfortunately, that did not fix the leak. Then we turned over to Reality Roofing to redo the roof based on recommendations. The work was done fast and for the most part looked good. Unfortunately, our leak was still there. Over the course of a year and MANY calls, they came 4 times to try to fix it but never succeeded. They did a water test (basically using a hose against flashing) that proved the leak was still there. Over those 4 repair's attempts, they redid the flashing once that also showed that the water was leaking from behind it (visible green streaks on the back of it). But the leak is still there. Now it has been another additional 4 months where I have left multiple messages to the receptionist and I have not heard back from the only person that seems to be able to take decision, Bob. The communication with that company is terrible. Even though there is a physical person answering the phone, she is only able to transfer messages to the boss that only return calls whenever he wants. On two of the service intervention, they even showed up without being properly scheduled. On top of the communication issue, the fact that my leak is still there over a year after installation, shows that they are not a professional company one can rely on. I was told that they did not know what to do next. They are the expert here and should be the one coming up with a solution. The last year has been a real nightmare from my family and I. Every time it rains my stress level goes through the roof.... Actually even looking at the forecast with rain does the same. I would not recommend the company to anyone because of the above experience.

Excellent. One small problem was that in dumping debris off my roof, they damaged my fence gate. I did not discover this until well after the work was completed. I contacted them about this, but they did not offer to reimburse me. :( I blame myself for not inspecting more timely.
