It went great and job was completed in one day.

This company was very professional.  They did the work in one day and they did it well.  I was very pleased with the result.  The price was high compared to another company that I checked out but was comparable to another company so I guess their price may be fair.  Do I wish it was cheaper?  Yes. Marc the sales person was very good with providing information and with follow up calls.  Again the work was done correctly and the roof looks great.

Excellent job replacing roof and skylights. Professional and punctual. Owner, Bobby, is a pleasure to deal with.  Left yard clean from debris after removing old roof.  Highly recommend them.

They left a lot of debris; broke part of my railing (which the owner did fix) and the lens of the automatic sensor light fixture over the garage was gone--I think because they worked too quickly.  One of their workers were less than professional-- saw him peeing in my garden right in front of me!  They were rushing at the end and the strip that wraps around the vertical fascia of the roof is unevenly fastened.  You can see it on the front facade of the house.  Although the owner fixed a problem with how water was flowing into the gutter, he did not fix a depression that already existed on the roof.  So water started accumulating there on day 1 of rain, and will probably not last as long as it should.  The owner stated that he never promised that "I wouldn't get any bellies on the roof" (somewhat paraphrased).  Well, in my opinion if the workers had seen this depression that had formed over the years they should have brought it up to me.  With this "belly" the pitch that they increased does not work as well.  Lots of these problems stemmed from the fact that neither the head guy--who, to his credit, was very nice and professional--nor the owner were there with the workers while the work was being done (only at the very beginning for a short while) and at the completion of the job.

They were very good, they were a little high at first but we were able to come to terms. They were prompt and left everything clean.

It went really well. They were on time and very though.  They fixed screens for me as well.

They came in like a house on fire; I loved the 'take no prisoners" approach; 19 guys were there; I ended up needing a total rip of my roof wood and it was tricky as there was a storm coming in.  "Uncle Billy" made sure the wood got over to my house in time to beat a bad rain storm.  The guys worked through a light rain and the salesperson John stayed for an hour after helping us find nails and debris.  True professionals and excellent in every way.  You will pay a little more but it is your roof and you want professionals like these guys.

I liked them and I liked the salesman. He was honest. I did comparable shopping around. I had them give me local references and I spoke to the people and looked at the work they did for them. The people recommended them. I paid about $10-12,000 for each job.

As promised, all of the work was completed in one day. The finished products look good and are performing well. The workers were skilled and accommodating. I did, however, have to pay my gardener $40 to replace one small azalea bush that was ruined by being covered by a piece of plywood the day of the job. Overall, I am happy with the results.

Went very well. We are very satisfied Large crew arrived on at the agreed date and time. Worked very clean and with respect to our and our next door neighbors' property. The roof was done in one day. It looks terrific. 3 windows that needed capping were capped, at no extra charge A small flat roof that was rotting was replaced at a reasonable cost. The cedar shingles look terrific. It is costly because it is labor intensive but we are very pleased that we resisted the temptation to go vinyl. We liked the idea that the sales person and one of the owners were present at all times. The payment terms were simple and reasonable. They left the entire work area clean as can be!
